The SADA family of managed service products provides you with solutions to meet your needs and fit your budget.  Our family of solutions includes:

  • MSA-Remote: Best for small organizations with limited IT requirements all IT needs are met remotely.
  • MSA: Ideal for the growing organization.  This plan includes scheduled on-site visits
  • CITO 3.0: For larger organizations.  Includes all features of both MSA plans plus additional storage and network audits.

  CITO 3.0 MSA MSA Remote
   Ideal for:Larger Organizations – 20+ Users Organizations with generally unstable I.T. systems. Organizations growing rapidly, that are progressive with the I.T. they deploy, or that are generally dynamic. Ideal for: Smaller Organizations – 20 or less users. Organizations with generally stable I.T. systems. Organizations not growing or are generally stable. Ideal for: Smaller Organizations – 10 or less users. Organizations with very simple I.T. systems. Organizations not growing or are generally stable.
Unlimited Remote Support, Assistance -Helpdesk
Proactive network and systems Monitoring, with SADA N-Sight
Scheduled On-Site Preventative Maintenance Visits Not Included. All preventative maintenance is done remotely.
Resolution of Non-Critical Issues during Scheduled Visits Not Included.  Hourly fees apply. See fee schedule below.
Inventory of Client Systems and Assets Not Included. Hourly fees apply.
Emergency Visits on Non-Scheduled Days Included, as needed. $250 Trip Charge, Flat Fee, per visit Not Included. Hourly fees apply.
