right from our Website. SADA Techs can then
take view and control of the clients’
desktops, and help resolve problems instantly!
The Story
After 2 weeks of testing and limited use
with selected clients, SADA Systems today
officially launched its HelpMeNow! Instant
Support service. SADA Techs now have the
ability to get to clients’ problems
faster, and resolve them more efficiently
- without costly on-site visits (when possible)
and lengthy phone-only conversations. This
tool will further increase our response
times, and resolution rates for any and
all issues that occur on the desktop level
for most clients. You’ll have to try
it to believe it! Some key benefits of the

- No pre-configuration or software is
required by clients to be assisted remotely.
SADA can assist ANY client, ANYWHERE in
the world (as long as they are running
a Windows-based Operating System, and
have some sort of Internet Access).

take over client machines unless requested).
