c. Number of Printers to be maintained

Then, the client decides how frequently they require a regular visit: Monthly, Twice Monthly, or Weekly, and whether or not they require coverage for emergency (guaranteed next-business day) service in the agreement. We simply run the numbers through our system, and come up with a flat monthly fee!
