Our comprehensive incident, problem, and project management platform ensures that all reported issues are captured and resolved over the course of the project. General support as it relates to this SoW will be provided for the duration of the project. Support provided by SADA includes administrative technical support and training, and the option of ongoing service desk support for end users.
The PMO (Project Management Office) has fifteen years of project management experience applying Microsoft Project to various aspects of IS&T o operations.
For cloud computing projects in the past three years, the SADA PMO leveraged a mixture of tools including ConnectWise, Microsoft Project, and Google Apps. In terms of methodology, the SADA PMO follows PMI's PMBOK best practices closely, in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and completion.
